1. Returns


Qemira.com does not provide refunds or accept returns. All after sale matters must be addressed directly to the Vendor. Customers seeking returns must comply with the return polices of the Vendor. If that Vendor's policies allow for returns or refunds, the customer must ship the product back to the Vendor for further processing. 

 

2. Applicability of most favorable refund policies


Vendors' return and refund policies for products sold through the Qemira.com site will be no less favorable to Customers than their most favorable policies offered on their website (“Vendor Site”) for such Products.

 

3. Refunds


Vendors are responsible for processing all refunds. In the event of a refund, vendors must notify Qemira.com and provide all related information requested by Qemira.com in order to receive a vendor credit for the refunded product.

 

4. Recalls


Qemira.com will have no responsibility or liability for any recalls of Products sold through the Qemira.com Sites. Vendors are solely responsible for any non-conformity or defect in, or any public or private recall of Vendor’s Products. You will promptly notify Qemira.com by e-mail at admin@qemira.com of all Product recalls within 24 hours of becoming aware of the recall and will promptly provide Qemira.com with all information reasonably requested regarding the recall.

 

5. Order confirmation emails


Customers will receive order confirmation emails indicating the name, address, telephone number and email address of the vendor of the product. The confirmation email will also inform the customer that the vendor's return policies apply. This shall determine the number of days within which the customer may request a return or a refund.

 

6. Vendor return policies


Customers must take care to respect the vendor’s return policies, including instructions regarding the condition of returned packages (i.e. packaging and / or products already opened, etc.), required return paperwork such as receipts, labels and use instructions.

 

Qemira.com does not reimburse the cost of shipment for returns.

However, Qemira.com does offer special reduced shipping rates on returns.

All return information will be provided in the customer’s order confirmation receipt, along with specific instructions on how to obtain return labels.
