More than one year after the organization Create a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) successfully lobbied California to pass a law banning natural hair discrimination, Congress has introduced similar legislation proposed by Congresswomen Ayanna Pressley, Barbara Lee and Marcia Fudge.
